Jon Inkrott

Jon Inkrott has a diverse work experience in the glass manufacturing industry. Jon started their career in 1999 at Guardian Industries, where they held various roles over a span of 13 years, including Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Plant Manager. In 2013, Jon joined Custom Glass Solutions, LLC as a Plant Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in October 2018.

Jon Inkrott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Jon also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay. In addition to their formal education, Jon has obtained various certifications related to Six Sigma, change management, lean project management, root cause analysis, operational excellence, and statistics foundations. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn, with the most recent certifications being obtained in March and April of 2023.
