Ryan Boyer

Ryan Boyer has several years of experience in the IT recruitment and business development field. Ryan currently works as an IT Business Development Manager at The Custom Group of Companies since 2023. Prior to that, they were with Petroplan as a Recruiting Manager and Principal Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the oil, gas, and energy sector. Before that, they worked at Consulting Solutions as a Sr. Business Development Manager, where they helped companies drive strategic technology and business initiatives. Ryan also has experience with the Frank Recruitment Group, where they held various recruitment consultant roles, specializing in Microsoft IT and ERP platforms. Ryan began their career as an FP&A Analyst at Corsicana Bedding, Inc., where they were responsible for financial and accounting data during a merger and buyout process.

Ryan Boyer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance Management from Abilene Christian University in 2014. Ryan continued their education at the University of North Texas, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance with a focus on International Finance. Ryan is expected to obtain their M.S. in International Finance from the University of North Texas, but the exact month and year of completion are unknown at this time.
