Cliff Wight is an experienced helicopter pilot currently with Custom Helicopters Ltd. since November 2022. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Owner at Okanagan At Heights Services Inc. from November 2015 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed operations and training management, as well as work at heights consulting. In addition, Cliff served as Director of Safety at Coldstream Helicopters Ltd. and held various key positions focused on telecommunications project management, safety coordination, and rope access specialist roles with several companies, including Canadian Rope Access Specialists Inc., Huckrope Consulting, and Tall City Telecom Solutions. Education includes numerous certifications in industrial rope access and safety, complemented by a trade school background as a machinist from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Notably, Cliff has contributed to multiple seasons of Amazing Race Canada as a stunt rigging and testing supervisor.

Custom Helicopters was founded in 1977 and has grown to a fleet of over 20 helicopters.  Our head office is located at St. Andrew’s Airport in Winnipeg and we have operational bases throughout Canada.
