Kristin Butters

Director of Creative Services at Custom Learning Designs (CLD)

Kristin Butters has a significant amount of work experience in various companies and roles. Kristin started their career in 1994 as an Educational Technology coordinator at American Express and then moved on to work as an Interactive Designer at Peterson Consulting in 1997. In 1998, they became a Freelance Production Artist at Strategic Interactive Group. In 1999, they joined Mullen as a Multimedia Designer. In 2001, they began working at Custom Learning Designs (CLD) as an Art Director, where they stayed until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they held the position of Director of Creative Services at Custom Learning Designs. Kristin'swork experience demonstrates their expertise and growth in the creative field.

Kristin Butters has a diverse education history. In 1989, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During their undergraduate studies, in 1991 and 1992, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Warwick, focusing on the English field of study. Later, from 1995 to 1998, they pursued advanced coursework in multimedia at Harvard Extension. Additionally, in 2000, Kristin attended New York University, where they obtained a certificate in 3D computer animation and visual effects, specializing in animation, interactive technology, video graphics, and special effects.
