Matthew Harnois

Matthew Harnois is a seasoned graphic designer with extensive experience in digital and print design. Currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at Custom Learning Designs since 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Digital Designer at Illuminate from 2020 to 2025, where responsibilities included managing remote and in-office teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Matthew also has experience as a Graphic Designer, leading a team in developing eLearning software, a Production Artist at Jack Morton Worldwide, and a Studio Designer at Precision Medicine Group. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Marketing Designer at Pearson, where Matthew focused on design work for presentations and marketing collateral. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art and English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016.
