Brian Gill

Brian Gill has over 20 years of work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Brian currently serves as the Director of Operations at Custom Manufacturing & Engineering since July 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager at Sparton Corporation from December 2009 to June 2013. From March 2006 to December 2009, Brian was the Superintendent/Team Leader at Lear Corporation. Before that, they served as the Operations Manager at Surface Technology Corporation from June 2005 to March 2006. Brian began their career at Raytheon as a Team Leader from June 2000 to June 2005, and they gained experience as a Group Leader at Techni-car from January 1998 to June 2000.

Brian Gill attended Remington College from 2000 to 2003 and obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with a focus on electronic engineering.
