Darren Pape

Darren Pape is an experienced professional in program and project management, with a career spanning over three decades in engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Program Management Office Manager at Custom Microwave, Inc. since November 2020, Darren oversees the management of projects and various operational functions. Darren previously held the role of Operations Manager at Wolf Robotics for 17 years, where responsibilities included project management and quality oversight. Prior experience at ABB in the Welding Systems Division as a Project Manager involved managing automation welding solutions for the automotive industry. Earlier in the career, Darren worked at Designed Conveying Systems as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing to the company's growth and the development of custom material handling solutions. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, obtained in 1990.
