Thomas Senn Sr.

Thomas Senn Sr. serves as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at Custom Plastics Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as the Facility's Maintenance Supervisor at creative werks, llc from May 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included supervising multiple teams, delegating tasks, and maintaining the integrity of three SQF Certified facilities. Thomas focused on creating and implementing measures to enhance service quality, team efficiency, and equipment reliability. Earlier experience includes a position as Maintenance Supervisor/MRO at The Smith Brothers/F&F Foods from 2011 to 2012. Thomas holds a High School Diploma from Elmwood Park High School, earned between 1974 and 1978, and attended Washburn Technical Institute.
