Charles Castellow

Charles Castellow has extensive work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Charles began their career at Jones Ford Inc. in 2012, where they worked as a Service Advisor for over a year. In 2014, they moved on to Hendrick Automotive Group as a Service Advisor, before transitioning to V&H Inc. as a Parts/Service Lead Advisor. In 2016, they joined Crossroads Automotive Group Inc. as a Commercial Service Advisor until 2018. At Custom Truck One Source, Charles held multiple roles, including Administrative Assistant, Operations Supervisor, Parts Department Manager, and Process Implementation Specialist. Currently, they are working as the Lead IT Applications Trainer at Custom Truck One Source.

Charles Castellow attended S.H.A.P.E. American high school from 1988 to 1991. Charles then went on to study Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician at the Community College of the Air Force from 1991 to 1993.
