Dave Gasparovich

Dave Gasparovich has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Dave is currently serving as the Vice President of Transformation at Custom Truck One Source since 2022. Previously, they worked at Kearney as a Manager from 2018 to 2022, and as an Associate from 2018 to 2021. Prior to Kearney, they held roles at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions as a Business Development Manager from 2016 to 2018 and as a Technical Sales professional from 2010 to 2016. Before that, they worked at Bosch Rexroth as a Product/Applications Sales Engineer from 2008 to 2010, at Bosch as a Professional Development Trainee from 2006 to 2008, at ZF Group as a Design & Release Engineering Intern in 2005, and at BorgWarner Transmission Systems as an Applications Engineering Intern in 2004.

Dave Gasparovich completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Econometrics & Statistics, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Marketing Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, in 2005, Dave briefly attended RWTH Aachen University, but did not complete a specific degree or field of study at that time.
