Shawn Waskiewicz

Shawn Waskiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shawn began their career as an Engineering Co-op at the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority in 2005. Shawn then worked as a Co-op Engineering Lab Technician at Lau Industries in 2007. Following that, they joined MHC Truck Leasing as a Corporate Management Trainee and later became a Warranty Administrator. In 2011, Shawn joined Smith Electric Vehicles as a Product Data Manager, where they managed the Engineering Change process and maintained documentation. Shawn then moved to Master's Transportation in 2013, where they worked in Operations until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Quality Engineer at Sika USA. Currently, Shawn is working at Custom Truck One Source, where they started as a Quality Engineer II in 2019 and has progressed to the roles of Quality Manager and Director of Quality.
