Teddy Dixon

Teddy Dixon, MSOD, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Training and Development at Custom Truck One Source since September 2019, contributing to the company's goal of becoming a leading supplier of trucks and custom equipment across various sectors. With extensive experience in organizational development, Teddy has held significant roles including Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Miles of Smiles, Inc. and a Human Resources Organizational Development/Training Lead at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. In addition to hands-on training and engagement initiatives, Teddy has been pivotal in community service through leadership roles on boards for the American Diabetes Association and Green Works in Kansas City. Teddy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Saint Joseph's University and possesses various certifications and degrees focused on business management and lean manufacturing.
