Tracey Barnes, MBA has a strong background in corporate communications, marketing, and project management. Tracey has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Marketing & Public Relations Assistant Director at Deaconess Hospital in 1987. Tracey then went on to work as a Marketing Manager at Heartland Health Plan of Oklahoma, where they oversaw a media campaign and developed marketing strategies for health plan members and providers.

In 1996, Tracey became the Director of Community & Patient Relations at American Transitional Hospital, where they were responsible for marketing to physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes. Tracey also managed nursing intake and admission staff and contributed to strategic planning for patient census and accreditation.

Afterwards, Tracey joined Precis Smart Card Systems as a Senior Project/Marketing Manager, where they oversaw the implementation of chip payment/loyalty card systems for sports teams and facilities. Tracey also handled public relations and marketing for these systems, including contract negotiations with clients such as NationsBank and the Chicago White Sox.

In 2000, Tracey started working at Hertz as a Corporate Communications Manager. In this role, they provided communication counsel to executives and developed various communication materials such as presentations, town halls, and press releases. Tracey also collaborated with PR agencies and news wire services.

Tracey then joined Devon Energy in 2016 as a Senior Corporate Communications Professional. Tracey provided counsel and support for internal clients on communication best practices and developed strategic communication plans and change management programs. Tracey also led the company's project to rewrite the corporate intranet.

Currently, Tracey works at Custom Truck One Source as a Senior IT Project Manager and Team Lead. Tracey is responsible for managing IT projects and leading a team. Tracey also handles organizational change management communications.

Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated strong skills in communication, project management, and organizational change management. Their experiences span various industries, including healthcare, energy, and transportation.

Tracey Barnes holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
