Laura Finley

Laura Finley, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Pella Corporation since September 2021. Previously, Laura gained extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. from November 2019 to August 2021, and as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from January 2016 to July 2019, as well as at Ultra Tan, Inc. from May 2011 to August 2015. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained between 1994 and 1998, and a Culinary Arts Certificate from L'Academie de Cuisine, completed in 2000.
