Andreas Löhrke

Andreas Löhrke is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Product Line Cylindrical Cells at CUSTOMCELLS®. Previously, Andreas held positions at BMW Group where Andreas was Head of NextGenBat 46xx Cell Program, General Manager for Battery Cell Generation 6, and Head of R&D for High Voltage Batteries. With a background in electric powertrains, Andreas has managed various projects focusing on electric motors, drivetrains, and power electronics. Their extensive experience in the automotive industry showcases their expertise in the development and innovation of battery technology and electric powertrains.
