Karl Fawdry

Karl Fawdry is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Process and Equipment Engineering at CustomCells since June 2023, Karl previously held positions including Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Innolith and Engineering Quality Manager at hofer powertrain. Karl's tenure at hofer powertrain also included experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed project management for a McLaren Hybrid Transmission production line. Additional experience includes roles as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Productiv Ltd, Principal Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, and Manufacturing Equipment Design Engineer at both BMW Hams Hall Motoren GmbH and Rover Group. Karl holds a degree in Management of Manufacturing Systems from Birmingham City University and an ONC & HNC in Manufacturing & Engineering from East Birmingham College.
