Katharina Anders

Katharina Anders has a diverse work experience in various roles within human resources. Katharina most recently worked as an HR-Manager at CUSTOMCELLS®, starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they were a Praxismanagerin at Tierarztpraxis Gestüt Buchenhof from April 2016 to November 2018. Katharina also worked as a Jobcoach at MIKRO PARTNER Service GmbH from December 2015 to March 2016 and as a Praktikant im Personalwesen at A. Beig Druckerei und Verlag GmbH & Co. KG, Barmstedter Zeitung from May 2015 to October 2015. In addition, Katharina has gained experience as a Praktikant in der Personalentwicklung at DIE PFERDEAKADEMIE Training & Coaching from October 2013 to December 2013, and as a Werkstudent im Personalwesen at Autoliv in March 2013. Katharina started their career as a Trainee in the HR department at Sterling Fluid Systems GmbH from April 2011 to March 2012, and also worked as a Praktikant im Personalwesen at the same company from September 2010 to March 2011.

Katharina Anders pursued their education in a well-structured manner. Katharina first attended Fachhochschule Westküste from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaft und Recht. Afterwards, they continued their academic journey at the University of Hamburg from 2012 to 2014, where they earned their Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
