Jayesh John has extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Group Director of Key Practice Solutions at Customer Centria since February 2010. In this role, Jayesh focuses on scaling the Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice, emphasizing customer success and new business opportunities. Prior to this, Jayesh held positions as AVP Delivery Services & Consulting and Managing Consultant, successfully managing large accounts and delivering solutions with Unica’s Enterprise Marketing Product Suite. Jayesh's earlier experience includes serving as Functional Manager for Microsoft Dynamics at Religare Technova Ltd, where the implementation of MS Dynamics CRM 4 was led in the western region, and as Assistant Manager for CRM projects at Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. Jayesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Terna Engineering College, completed in 2001.
