Eline Khancheh Zar serves as the Innovation & CX Lead at Customer Collective since June 2022 and also holds the position of Consulting Manager at The House of Marketing, a role initiated in January 2016. In this consulting capacity, Eline focuses on aiding clients in achieving profitable, sustainable growth through strategic marketing. Eline's project experience includes value proposition design for various industries, digital customer journey optimization, and qualitative research across Europe.
