Melissa Hansen is the Head of Professional Services and Senior Consultant at Customer Driven Solutions since May 2022. Prior experience also includes a tenure at Collection House from June 2009 to August 2016, where roles encompassed Dialler Manager, Campaign Leader, and Team Leader, focusing on campaign strategy, resource forecasting, and team performance. Academic credentials include dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Management with a focus on International Business and Business Communication specializing in Marketing and Public Relations, both obtained from The University of Queensland.
