Ann Pung

Ann Pung has a strong background in account management and customer service. Ann started their career at Carlson Companies, Inc. in 1991 as a Coordinator and then moved on to Volkart May & Associates, Inc. in 1994, where they worked in both account management and IT roles. In 1998, they joined Customer Elation as the Vice President of Account Services, where they were responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for clients and acting as a liaison between IT and other departments.

Ann Pung graduated from Bemidji State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies. Prior to attending university, their high school education is unknown.
