Jane Dela Cruz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Talent Acquisition Associate at Customer Frontline Solutions since March 2021, Jane previously worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at JTC Group of Companies from January 2020 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process and handling employee timekeeping and communications. Prior to that, Jane was a Human Resources Specialist at Scottland Food Group Corp. from August 2016 to January 2020, focusing on recruitment for direct positions and overseeing the full recruitment process from sourcing to deployment. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rizal Technological University, earned from 2011 to 2015.
