Jens van de Noort

Jens van de Noort is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer experience and management. As Co-Founder of Customer Happiness Team since August 2020, Jens leads the team, shapes company strategy, and maintains client relations. Jens also serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at nuud, a vegan anti-odorant brand, while having previously held roles as B2B Account Manager and Customer Experience Specialist at Deton from June 2016 to June 2023. Additional experience includes positions at Amrâth Hôtels as Head Night Porter and Receptionist, and Jens holds a degree from Radboud University, completed in 2021.
