From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Cart Attendant Manager at Wetherington Golf & Country Club, overseeing a team of 10 and maintaining personal relationships with members. Reckner also worked as a Customer Service Attendant at The Ohio State University Golf Club, delivering excellent service and maintaining facility cleanliness.
