Charlie Beck

Charlie Beck is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Scrum Lead at Customer Paradigm since April 2018, where responsibilities include planning sprints and leading daily stand-ups with the development team. As Co-Founder and CEO of Bootcampers Collective since March 2017, Charlie established an inclusive environment for junior developers to advance their careers post-coding school. Previous roles include Full Stack Web Developer at WorkTrip, Tax Consultant at R.G. Fowler & Co. and Deloitte, and various leadership positions during academic tenure at Duquesne University, where a Bachelor of Business Administration was obtained.
