Grace Fuller is a skilled customer success professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for the EMEA region at Nitro, Inc. since June 2019, Grace achieved notable performance metrics for 2023, including a Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 94.6% and a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 125%.
