Allison Kelley Francis

Allison Kelley Francis, MFA, CUA, is a seasoned professional in user experience and graphic design with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the UX/UI Lead Technologist at CVP since September 2019, Allison specializes in establishing design capabilities and managing UX/UI designers. As the Founder and Creative Director of A3F Creative LLC, initiated in May 2018, Allison provides art direction, brand development, and messaging guidance to agencies and organizations, emphasizing user experience best practices. Previous roles include Creative Consultant at Huemanity Marketing and Director of Visual and Interactive Design at Palladian Partners, Inc., among others. Allison holds a Master of Fine Arts in Integrated Design from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland.
