Erik Biekart

Erik Biekart has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erik started their career in 1994 at Philips as the CFO of Philips Broadcast. From there, they moved on to Prodware Group in 2000, where they served as the CFO of Vanenburg Group and Watermark. In 2007, they joined RES Software, initially as the CFO and later became the CEO. In 2011, they took on the role of Fidelity - CFO HR Access at Sopra HR Software. In 2013, they worked as the International Business Development Manager at Keylane. In 2015, they became the CEO of Stepco, a cloud managed services provider. Currently, they are the CFO at CustomerGauge, a software company specializing in customer feedback and retention. Erik Biekart's expertise lies in scale-up, international, and SaaS environments, with a particular focus on account experience and voice of the customer.

Erik Biekart began their education in 1984, attending Tilburg University. Erik completed their studies there in 1988, earning a drs/MSc degree in Business Economics with a focus on Cloud Computing. Following this, from 1988 to 1990, Erik pursued further education at Tilburg University, obtaining a RA (Certified Public Accountant) degree. In 1993, they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and completed a post-master program in IT Audit, earning a RE (Registered IT Auditor) degree by 1995. Finally, from 1997 to 1999, Erik attended Maastricht University to pursue post-master studies in Finance & Control, attaining an RC (Registered Controller) degree.
