Maria Kulachkova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Maria began their career with URC Group as a Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing key accounts and new business development. Maria then moved on to Amoria Bond as an Executive Consultant, focusing on global oil & gas and marine consultancy and search. At PriceSpider, Maria served as an Enterprise Sales Manager EMEA, handling enterprise software sales and business development. Most recently, they have been working at CustomerGauge, starting as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive EMEA and eventually moving up to the role of Global Sales Director. In their various roles at CustomerGauge, Maria has demonstrated expertise in managing sales teams, handling complex enterprise deals, and building relationships with global clients. Throughout their career, Maria has consistently been involved in sales, business development, and account management.

Maria Kulachkova completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Business at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2011. Maria then pursued a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs at the same institution from 2011 to 2012. Following that, Maria attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a Master's Degree in International Business and Management from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Maria also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the WSET Wine and Spirits certification from WSET—Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2019, Maria obtained the NPS Certification from CustomerGauge. Maria also completed the MOOC Champagne Course from Champagne MOOC in July 2021.
