C. Fair is a Customer Support Advocate Level III at CustomerHD since March 2018, specializing in technical troubleshooting and customer service for both new and existing customers. Prior to this role, C. Fair served as a Technical Support Specialist at Republic Wireless from April 2017 to February 2018, and worked as a Google Fiber Brand Ambassador at both Nelson Staffing and MarketSource Inc. C. Fair also has extensive experience in retail sales, having been a Wireless Sales Consultant at Best Buy Mobile for nearly eight years and previously holding positions in customer service at Best Buy and as a Teller at Wells Fargo.
