Prior to Cognizant, Srikanth worked at Jaaza Financials as part of an MBA short-term project focused on valuing AT&T. At Adhunik Metaliks Ltd, they completed an MBA summer internship on production cost management and MIS formulation.

Srikanth started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Srikanth Kumar was responsible for quality control and final launch modules of an offshore team delivering email/SMS campaign management solutions. Srikanth Kumar also served as an Assistant System Engineer Trainer during their time at TCS.
