Lauren Miller

Lauren Miller is the Head of Marketing at the Customer Management Practice. Lauren started her career at the company as a Marketing Assistant, led marketing campaigns for the company’s largest events as a Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, and helped scale CMP’s flagship Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas as the Divisional Marketing Director. As the Head of Marketing, she leads CMP’s marketing team across the live event and online community divisions.
