Jim Guckin

Jim Guckin has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT. Jim has held positions such as SVP, Digital Security Operations at Customers Bank, where they provided leadership and ensured accurate reporting on cyber events. Jim has also worked as a Show Host for the CyberSecurity News Byte Podcast, where they covered important news stories in the cybersecurity world. Additionally, they have served as a Cyber Security Mentor at Thinkful, IT Security Director at Vision Solar LLC, and Director Cyber Security Operations at the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center. Prior to their cybersecurity roles, Jim Guckin worked as a Cyber Security Manager and Support Center Manager at the City of Philadelphia, and as an IT Program Manager at the City of Philadelphia's Office of Emergency Management. Jim Guckin has an Associate's degree in Specialized Technology from CHI Institute-Philadelphia, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Archbishop Ryan High School from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Jim has obtained several certifications in various fields, including cybersecurity, IT project management, and emergency management.
