Jody Shepherd

Jody Shepherd is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing and directing financial institutions and ventures. Currently serving as Managing Director at Customers Bank since 2023, Jody has also co-founded and holds the position of Managing Director at Service Provider Capital since 2014. Previous roles include Managing Director at Signature Bank (2019-2023), and Managing Director at Square 1 Bank (2010-March 2019). Additionally, Jody served as Co-Chairman of the Colorado Venture Summit from 2016 to 2023 and contributed as a Board of Advisors member at the Deming Center Venture Fund (2012-2017). Early career experiences include roles at Go Fast Sports & Beverage, Tango, Level 3 Communications, and Quist Valuation. Jody holds a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, along with a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
