Kim Cates, MBA has over 12 years of work experience in the banking and finance industry. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Head of Business Development at Customers Bank. Prior to that, Kim worked at Independent Bank Group, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, Mortgage Warehouse National Sales Manager. Kim also has previous experience at Origin Bank, where they served as the Senior Vice President, Director of Mortgage Warehouse Lending and Vice President, Mortgage Warehouse Relationship Manager. Kim started their career as a Commercial Lending Associate at NexBank before transitioning to a role in Business Development at Young Innovations.

Kim Cates, MBA received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University in 2008. Kim later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution.
