Rob Spataro

Rob Spataro has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and enterprise architecture. Rob currently holds the position of Chief Architect at Customers Bank, where they are leading major initiatives and developing comprehensive solutions and enterprise architecture practices. Prior to this, Rob worked at Radian as AVP, ECM Technologies, where they built a robust IT function from scratch and managed all aspects of the life cycle and operations of document processing. Rob also served as IT Director and IT Architect at Radian. Earlier in their career, Rob worked at IBM as a Technical Solutions Specialist, developing cutting-edge solutions in the Enterprise Content Management space. Rob has also worked at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they held roles as Enterprise Solutions Architect and Senior Manager of IT, leading various enterprise-wide projects and driving digital transformation across multiple domains.

Rob Spataro has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Computer Science from St. John's University. Rob also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
