Chetan Pathak

Chetan Pathak currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Growth at both Customized Energy Solutions and the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) since June 2025. Prior to these roles, Chetan was the Group Head of Policy Regulatory & Government Business at Gensol Group from December 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing policy, regulatory, and government business functions across 22 companies in the renewable energy sector. Chetan also held positions at Log9 Materials, first as Vice President of Policy Advocacy, Government Relations, and Energy Business and then as Assistant Vice President of Business Development from December 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Process at IntelliSmart Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Chetan Pathak holds a Certificate in Corporate Renewable Procurement from Imperial College London and an MBA in Power Management from the National Power Training Institute, Faridabad.
