Kai Hsu

Kai Hsu has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they joined CustomMade as the VP of Operations, where they guided customers in designing unique engagement rings and fine jewelry. Prior to this, Kai worked as the Operations Director and Operations Manager at CustomMade from 2017 to 2022. They also held the position of Operations Associate from 2016 to 2017.

Before joining CustomMade, Kai worked at Positive Planet International, a Paris-based NGO, where they started as the Director of Administration & Finance in 2014. They then became the Co-Country Director in China from 2015 to 2016.

In 2013, Kai worked at State Street Bank as an Associate in the Institutional Investor Services Career Development Rotation Program. They also had an internship experience with State Street Bank in 2012, where they worked in sales for equities trading solutions.

Additionally, Kai had a summer internship at Capital Counsel LLC in 2007.

Kai Hsu attended Hunter College High School and graduated in 2009. After completing high school, Kai enrolled in Amherst College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy between 2009 and 2013. In 2016, Kai furthered their education by undertaking MITx Courses, successfully achieving a MicroMasters Credential in Supply Chain Management in 2017.
