Miralda Salaji

Miralda Salaji is a skilled professional in the field of biochemistry and tissue engineering, currently serving as the Team Leader GMP Manufacturing / Operations at CUTISS AG since March 2021. In this role, Miralda leads a production team focused on the planning and manufacturing of autologous skin grafts (“denovoSkin”) for both clinical and commercial use, while also supervising and training GMP Manufacturing Team members. Prior experience includes roles as a GMP Manufacturing Associate in Tissue Engineering at CUTISS AG, where detailed documentation and validation processes were undertaken, and academic projects at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and the Life and Medical Sciences Institute Bonn, highlighting expertise in immunocytochemistry, RNAi screening, and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing. Miralda holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Bonn and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen.
