Claire Jeffery

Claire Jeffery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and technical relations, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Analyst at Cutover since July 2023. Prior to this, Claire held various leadership roles at Unity Technologies from October 2016 to June 2023, including Developer Support Lead, where responsibilities encompassed coaching a regional team, onboarding new members, and maintaining high customer support standards. Claire's technical expertise stems from a background as a Developer Relations Engineer, where support for Unity Ads integration was provided, and earlier as a Programmer at Enigmatic Studios, developing key gameplay features. Claire's education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from Solent University.
