Zachary Powell is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently a Staff Software Engineer at Cutover since December 2019, Zachary focuses primarily on Ruby and APIs. As Co-Founder and Development Practice Lead at Lark42, established in May 2018, Zachary drives digital development from ideation to implementation, creating innovative solutions for complex challenges. Previously, Zachary served as Technical Advisor, Lead Developer, Architect, and CTO at PledgeMusic from January 2009 to March 2019, significantly contributing to the platform's development for independent musicians. Earlier experience includes leading the development of ArenaOnline's eCommerce platform and working on various projects with clients such as Sony Music UK and The Economist at Nomad-IC. Zachary holds a BA in Film and Electronic Media from Bard College, completed in 2002.
