Primesh Pathirana

Primesh Pathirana has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Primesh began as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the National Institute of Fundamental Studies in 2017. In 2019, they became a Software Engineering Trainee at Fcode Labs. In 2020, they were an Associate Software Engineer and a Trainee Associate Software Engineer at Effective Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at both Cut+Dry and Axiata Digital Labs.

Primesh Pathirana completed their primary and secondary education at Dharmaraja College - Kandy from 2001 to 2016, majoring in Physical Sciences. In 2017, they began studying at the University of Moratuwa, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering, expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Primesh Pathirana has obtained certifications from Coursera in Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization. Primesh also holds a Diploma in English from ESOFT Metro Campus.
