Hillel Glazer is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a strong background in technology management and engineering. Currently serving as Entrepreneur in Residence and MII Site Miner at bwtech@UMBC Research and Technology Park since January 2022, Hillel mentors early-stage companies on customer discovery, scaling, and growth. As the Principal, Founder, CEO, and President of Entinex since August 2001, Hillel provides strategic direction and operational transformation for globally regulated clients. Additional roles include leading US operations for Industrial Sciences Group, teaching graduate-level engineering management at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and serving as COO in Residence at Emerging Technology Centers, among others. Hillel holds a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland system, complemented by extensive industry expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies.
