Sheila Cox is an accomplished author, speaker, and change management consultant with extensive experience in business coaching, team facilitation, leadership development, organizational change, and strategic alignment. With a career spanning several decades, Sheila has held key positions at Performance Horizons since 1994; as a founding member of Prometheus Endeavor since September 2020; and as a practice leader in organizational change consulting at Cutter Consortium since 2013. Past roles include executive coaching at Lee Hecht Harrison, CEO coaching and group facilitation at Vistage International, and adjunct faculty at the University of Phoenix. Sheila's career began at IBM in systems engineering and sales management, followed by significant roles in organizational change leadership at KPMG and BearingPoint. Sheila holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
