Richard P. Campbell Jr. was born in Georgetown, Guyana SA. His father, Richard P. Campbell Sr., owned and operated the only A&P and IA maintenance repair stations in that region, servicing the flying public for Brazil, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago and Peru. Richard’s love for aviation stemmed from spending every available moment at the airport removing and replacing panels on aircraft his dad or other A&Ps were working on. Upon graduation from high school, Richard’s passion for aviation shifted to the cockpit, attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for his undergraduate studies, and graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science as well as an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine rating and a minor in Airway Science Technology (AST).
Richard joined the Cutter team in November of 1997 as a Customer Service Representative and accelerated through the company to become Operations Manager for Cutter Aviation Phoenix Sky Harbor in 2010.
