Matthew Trudell

Matthew Trudell has a diverse work experience in the field of visual effects and animation. Matthew currently holds the position of Visual Effects Artist at Cutters Studios since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Director, VFX Artist, and Animator starting from August 2020. Matthew served as an Art Director, Compositor, and Animator at EDIT 1 PRODUCTIONS from September 2015 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at 321LAUNCH as a Director from November 2009 to April 2014, and as a Lead 3D Animator from January 2007 to November 2009, where they were responsible for overseeing animation production and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, Matthew has also worked as a 3D Artist at Curious Pictures in 2006 and as a Computer Graphics Instructor at the New York Film Academy in 2006, where they taught high school seniors the process of creating their own 3D short films.

Matthew Trudell attended Pratt Institute from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Graphics.
