Koestler has held various roles within the company, including Lean Champion, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Quality Assurance Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing improvement programs, facilitating cultural change, and ensuring compliance with quality standards for major clients such as Boeing and Gulfstream. Prior experience includes positions in manufacturing and painting, supported by an academic background in English Language and Literature and Liberal Arts from Lorain County Community College and Baldwin Wallace University.
