From 2008 to 2011, they were an Operations Manager at Cottage Senior Living, Inc., responsible for managing operations within the company.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Marketing Support Specialist at University Conference Services, and from 2012 to 2020, they served as the Vice President & National Account Executive, responsible for executive education conferences for human resources, benefits, and finance professionals.

Since 2020, Kim has been working at Cutting Edge Information as the Senior Director for FMV Services & Client Services, overseeing market research and data analysis for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
