Michael Zeiser II began their career in 1999 as a Computer Technician at Computer and Electronic Salvage. In 2001, they moved to C&S Data Services as a Technology Advisor, where they were responsible for troubleshooting data/communications issues, running data cabling, providing onsite and remote desktop solutions, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues, and preparing and imaging workstations for deployment. In 2005, they joined Technology Solutions of America as a Proactive Network Administrator, where they were responsible for a large service area ranging from the gulf coast to the atlantic coast, experienced with the build, diagnostics, and repair of business class servers, and tasked with performing network/technology assessments with the intention of determining and recommending improvements in current business model and implemented system changes and upgrades. Finally, in 2012, they joined Cutting Edge Network Technologies as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were the Manager and Leader over different delivery areas within MSP, and oversaw the reactive support department and proactive network administration department.

Michael Zeiser II attended Mid Florida Tech from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a Certified Electronic Assembler certification. Michael also attended Dr. Phillips High from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a High School degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
