Prior to their role at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Alex served as the Sr. Manager of Finance at Vince and FP&A Manager at Ralph Lauren. In these roles, Alex was responsible for various finance functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Alex has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northeastern University.

Alex Pappalardi attended Fordham University for both their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Accounting and then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration in Finance.
